  • Klavyn is not liable for losses arising from reliance solely on AI outputs.
  • Clients must review and manage critical tasks (e.g., medical/legal advice, financial decisions).
  1. Payments & Billing
  • All fees are in GBP (£) and payable per invoice or subscription terms.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered case-by-case.
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with 14 days’ notice before renewal.
  • Project-based work requires written cancellation, and fees for work completed remain payable.

  • Clients own their business data and content.
  • Deliverables (e.g., websites, automations) are transferred upon full payment.

  • Errors caused by third-party tools or APIs (e.g., Google Calendar, WhatsApp API).
  • AI errors when used without human oversight.
  1. Termination of Services

  • Payments are overdue.
  • Terms are breached.
  • Services are used unlawfully.
